This large and beautiful Rookwood Pottery Venetian scene by Carl Schmidt was produced in 1920. It is in perfect condition with no restoration. Shows an appropriate amount of crazing. Stands 11 inches tall and is 4 1/4 inches in diameter at the base, widening towards the shoulder.

Walrath figural centerpiece bowl. This may be one of the largest and best examples of a figural bowl form that I have seen. The glaze is well controlled and perfectly fired. Excellent condition, no restoration. Stands 9 3/4" tall and is 9 1/2" in diameter.

This spectacular piece of Clewell measures 13 1/2 inches tall and is 5 1/4 inches in diameter. It is perfect condition and the patina on the copper clad surface has been undisturbed by time. You can see the evidence of the hand applied chemicals to create the patina  nearly one hundred years ago.

Van Briggle vase with a nicely defined raised poppy decoration. Very good condition with a blue/gray glaze, dated 1916. (There is a production flaw on the inside of the lip). Measures 8 inches tall. $2750
Grueby Pottery Co., Boston MA. This is a very nice and quite unusual piece of blue Grueby. Displaying carved panels and a frothy almost volcanic glaze. Notice the texture in the photo of the bottom. Perfect condition. 4 3/4 inches tall $2700

Fulper Pottery Peacock Vase, excellent example with deeply modeled decoration and a very nice glaze. Perfect condition. Measures 5 3/4 inches tall and it is 10 inches in diameter. $1650
Grueby Vase with a rolled rim and alternating leaves and buds. The way the glaze was applied a two tone effect was achieved. Decorated by Miss Annie V. Lingley. This is in excellent condition with one small 3/8" long rim chip professionally repaired. 5 3/4 inches tall by 8 1/4 inches in diameter. $6500
Marblehead Tile, this is like a small Dow woodblock, artist is unknown, condition is very good with the exception of a small corner chip that is not visible when framed, there is no restoration. Tile measures 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" , new oak frame measures 11" square. $2500
Fulper footed bowl. This piece really displays the influence that the orient had on the American Arts and Crafts Movement. Mint condition with no restoration. The glaze colors used in this was incredible. The inside has a bit of copperdust on butterscotch and the outside has a butterscotch fading to blue drip over a matte mustard and the base is brown with black highlights. Very cool. 6 1/4" tall x 11 3/4" in diameter. $1900
Weller Pottery lamp with a Japanese willow shade, both in perfect condition. I think the design of the base is in perfect harmony with this shade. It is a two bulb lamp that would take 40 watt bulbs. The lamp measures 20" tall x 16" in diameter. $3650
Hampshire pottery vase in the curdled matte green glaze that this pottery is known for. This is a very nice vase and it measures 9" tall x 5" in diameter. $1150

Grueby cylinder vase in an wonderfully thick and leathery matte green glaze. A very simple form displaying the Arts and Crafts tradition. Excellent condition. 6 1/2" tall. $1950
Hampshire Pottery vase in a frothy volcanic drippy glaze. I believe this to be pretty early. The glaze is so drippy that when it was finished and the bottom ground, so that it would stand straight, they ground the signature off. Excellent condition. 5" tall. $950
Dedham Pottery Rabbit Plate in excellent condition. Impressed mark on back. 8 ¾” in diameter. $325
Teco vase. This is a very cool ball vase, I love the form and the glaze. it stands 3 3/8" tall and it's 4" in diameter. $850
Rookwood slightly crystaline mat glaze vase with painted floral decoration by Charles S Todd. Very nicely decorated, I'll let the picture tell the story. Marked on the bottom w/ Rookwood logo (flame mark), 1921, 534C. Mint condition with no restoration. 8" tall $2900
Niloak tobacco jar. This has a wonderful mix of dark brown clays with a great patina. It is in perfect condition with no repairs or damage. Impressed mark. Measures 5" tall x 5 1/2" in diameter. $950
Fulper Vase: Blue & Lavender in color.8" tall x 6" diameter at the base, (3" diameter an the top) Signature obscured under glaze. $495

Fulper Bowl: A wonderfully designed Fulper bowl showing a nice raised decoration around the outside. The colors are deep butterscotch and oatmeal with some blue and lavender showing through. The inside displays a cream colored crystalline glaze pattern. There are some pot marks or pitting from bubbles in the glaze. It Measures 1 ¾” tall x 5 ½’ in diameter.

Fulper Vase: This tall Fulper vase features a ribbed design with 2 handles. The colors are cream and bronze with various shades of blue (sometimes almost black) towards the bottom half. It measures 12" tall and is marked on the bottom with a paper label.

Fulper Vase: This piece measures 10" tall and displays colors of green, purple and an almost teal blue. It has a very organic appeal with the heavy glaze dripping over the collared neck and down the sides. Signed on the bottom with the impressed mark.

Fulper Candlesticks: These candlesticks display nice proportion and form with a squat base and turned stems. They measure 8" tall and 4" in diameter at the base. They colors are light and dark blue with some brown showing through, and a deep blue crystalline pattern throughout.
Both candlesticks are signed.
